How To Use
- Starting with one eye, apply Eyelash Glue Liner generously along clean, dry lash line and use as a standard eyeliner.
- Before liner dries, quickly apply false lashes strip onto liner and gently pat to set in place.
- Let dry for 10 seconds minimum. Repeat on your other eye
