Neo Moonshine
Moonshine highlighter

i noticed a new line of makeup at the drugstore. I had to get it based on the name alone. I've never used blue highlighter before. Its a nice powder, blends well.. it doesnt stay blue after blending. i like to use it along with the crystal powder. i love the combination, its created the new Neo Moonshine makeup look.

It’s a pretty color.

The color is what intrigued me into purchasing this. However, there were some discrepancies in colors at the drugstore. This shade seemed to come in more than one shade of blue. I picked the deeper blue package, the other was barely blue. I find this product to be quite dry. It does blend out nicely though and the blue isn’t stark once blended. It would be a nice highlight for a special occasion. I’m fair skinned, so the blue tint was quite obvious. It’s fun though.
