The following policy applies to domestic orders only and for products sold only on thecremeshop.com
★ MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT
If your package is lost, missing, or you suspect it has been stolen, you must contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date of your order to file a lost/stolen package claim.
Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates family members or anyone else who may have been present at the time the package was delivered. Please check all potential delivery locations at your address. Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.
The Crème Shop does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered
★ ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 90 days.
Items *NOT* Eligible for Refunds:
• Opened and used items.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
• Returns received in damaged/used/worn condition.
• Returns received after 90 days of the original order shipment date.
• Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
What if there was something wrong with my order?

★ I PURCHASED FROM A STORE OR ANOTHER RE-SELLERBecause we cannot control how other re-sellers handle our products, please consult the customer service department of where you have purchased our products from. We can only directly refund, return, or exchange products that we sell directly on thecremeshop.com
