How long does it take for my order to ship?
Payment processing takes 1-2 business days before your order ships. Shipping Options with carriers arrive at a minimum of 1-3 business days, depending on your delivery destination (estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed services).
Typically 3-5 business days. In certain cases it may take up to 7-10 business days due to circumstances such as extreme weather delays.

USPS' tracking information for my order states that my item has been delivered but I didn't receive my package. What should I do?
Please see our page on "Guide to a lost or stolen USPS package". We highly recommend having signature confirmation for your packages with USPS due to increases in package thefts.
Standard Shipping Methods (Ground, and Priority Mail)
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Support@TheCremeShop.com for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!
Domestic (US) Shipping Rates & Delivery Options:
For Contiguous US
We are shipping from California. This means that orders will take generally 5-7 business days. Depending on peak seasons or even delays with USPS orders can even take as long as 2 weeks.
Our products do not to ship to Mexico, Hong Kong, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and India, Spain, Turkey.
The Crème Shop Hand Sanitizer, Sanitizer Wipes, and Sanitizer Sprays are exclusively available to US residents only.
As we expand our international shipping program, the payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the receiver. The carrier will charges the customer after delivery by adding administrative expenses to the duties and taxes we paid on behalf of the destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policies & FAQ.

• First Class Package with Tracking - only available for orders with total weight under 15 ounces and under
