clumpy and hard to get off... i've tried everything but no matter what i do it just doesn't apply well. i use an emulsifying cleansing balm to remove my makeup and it is always quick and effortless but with this the clumping is so thick i have to really work it in, and the biotin and castor oil doesn't make up for the lashes that process might make me lose. i was really looking forward to this product, incredibly disappointing:(

I really love the packaging, it works really well but does tend to clump with more application. It’s nothing that cant be fixed with a lash comb tho.
