 Is The Crème Shop cruelty-free?  

The Crème Shop is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not condone or participate in animal testing and do not work with vendors and suppliers who do. We love our furry friends! Follow our fluffy colleagues @BearandLatte for behind the scenes at The Crème Shop.

 

 Is The Crème Shop a K-Beauty brand?

Well, kind of. The Crème Shop is founded by Theresa and Lawrence Kim who are of Korean-American heritage. Our skincare has been exclusively manufactured in South Korea for over 20 years, but we do produce a lot of our makeup in our home state of California.  Additionally, our team is a melting pot of all different ethnicities and orientations, so long answer short: we are a Los Angeles-based brand with South Korean heritage!

 

 How do you pronounce "The Crème Shop"?

It's pronounced crème like crème brûlée (rhymes with them). It is NOT pronounced “the cream shop!”

 

 Are The Crème Shop products Vegan?

Some of our products contain byproducts such as Honey and Collagen, but we carry an excellent assortment of Vegan products. Simply look for the "VEGAN" label!

 

 Do you have a physical store location?

We do not have a freestanding store (at this time), but you can find our products at one of our awesome authorized retail partners!

 

 How do I use my promo or discount codes?

After filling your cart with all the products you love, click the “Checkout” button from the Shopping Cart page. Enter your discount code in the textbox field “Discount Code.” Then, click the “Apply” button to add the promotion to your order. You can enter the code anytime during the checkout process before payment is completed.

Note: Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes. One promotion code may be used per each order. Multiple codes may not be used in a single order. After a promotion has ended, the unique code expires and cannot be applied or changed, once the order is placed. Promotional gifts with purchase are limited offers and are available while supplies last.

 

 How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking number. You can also check on the status of your shipment by logging into your account and click on 'my orders' and it will lead you to the page with your order details as well as your tracking number.

 

 Can I edit items in my order?

Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, it is not possible to edit your order unless you contact us directly. If your fulfillment status states "Unfulfilled" we may be able to make changes to your order before it is shipped. Please note that we may either refund or bill you the difference for any changes in your order's total amount. Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for changes. 

 

 Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel orders that have not been fulfilled yet. Please check your order's fulfillment status by logging into your account and checking "fulfillment status.” If it states that your order is "Unfulfilled," we may be able to cancel your order if you contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been fulfilled are not eligible for cancellation.

 

 What is the Returns/Exchange policy?

We understand that you can change your mind! As long as your product is unused, unopened, and not damaged, simply go ahead and send us back your purchase for a return or an exchange. Please read more about our Return & Exchange policy here.

 

 Do you ship internationally?

 I purchased a Clearance item but the product is expiring soon? (Clearance Policy) 

All items categorized in Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange. Purchasing a Clearance item is agreeing to the possibility of a product being near the end of its suggested shelf life. A product’s shelf life depends on the type of product, how it is used, and how it is stored.
